How to setup PayTraQer for Itemized sync (Individual)

Overview of using PayTraQer to seamlessly integrate your QuickBooks Online account with popular payment processors like Paypal, Stripe, or Square, Shopify, Amazon & eBay.


Connecting PayTraQer with QuickBooks Online:


Once linked to QuickBooks Online, PayTraQer seamlessly synchronizes your PayPal, Stripe, and Square data with your QuickBooks Online account. This accounting automation tool simplifies syncing Payouts to QuickBooks Online with just a few clicks.


Prerequisites for Using PayTraQer:


1) To connect PayTraQer with your QuickBooks Online account, you'll need the following:

  • An active Stripe, PayPal, or Square account in production (sandbox accounts cannot be connected).
  • A valid QuickBooks Online account with ADMIN (Master Admin/ Accountant) privileges.


2)  How to add a new QuickBooks Online Company to PayTraQer?

  • Log in to your QuickBooks Online Account.
  • Click on the "Apps" menu and click on the "Find Apps" tab
  • Type PayTraQer in the search bar.
  • Select the PayTraQer option and authorize "PayTraQer" to connect with your QuickBooks Online Account.


 

3) Click Get the app now



4) Itemized sync (Individual). Select this option if you would like to sync transactions by transaction from your e-commerce or payment platform. ( Ideal for tracking individual sales)



Note: Clicking next will take you to connect your payment processors like Paypal, Stripe, or Square, Shopify, Amazon & eBay.



Note: Please be aware that transitioning between Itemized Sync and Summary Sync, or vice versa, is not feasible. If you wish to switch to Summary Sync, you'll need to disconnect the PayTraQer app and initiate the setup process anew. Disconnecting the app will result in the loss of all settings, profiles, and subscription information.
