Not Able to see or access Excel Transactions in Apps

My QuickBooks admin created an account for me. I could not able to see your application under Apps tab. I tried to get add your application and i am getting some error message.

How to fix this issue ?

Due to Quickbooks restriction , only the ADMIN who added our app to QuickBooks  only can see and access our application (applicable to all apps).

If you try to add our Application, you will get following error

Error Code: app_already_purchased
Message: The application has already been subscribed to by another user for this company. Please contact admin to make changes to this subscription.


To lift the restriction,Excel Transactions has it's own user management.

But in trial period, you can have only one User. Please subscribe to monthly (advanced plan)  to add more users.
