Have you got other people in your company who need to use your QuickBooks? Well, you can add new users to your Excel Transactions Application easily.

Basic Steps

Kindly follow the below steps to add new users to Excel Transactions Application.


1. Please click on "Manage Users" sub menu in the Settings.

2. Now Click on "Add" Button.

3. Please provide the following fields to create the user.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Id
  • Role

4. User will get an Email to reset the Password.

5. User has to navigate to the reset password link and provide the new password. 

6.  Now User can login to your account using the given email Id & password by using below Login URL.
