We’ve made a significant update to how credits work in SaasAnt Transactions Online for customers with multi-company plans. This change is designed to simplify, enhance flexibility, and improve efficiency in managing credits — especially for accountants and bookkeepers working with multiple clients.
Previously, each company in your multi-company plan had its separate credit allocation. If one company ran out of credits, you would need to purchase more for that company — even if another company in the same plan still had unused credits.
With the new update, all credits are pooled together and shared across every company in your plan. This means you can use your total credit balance wherever it’s needed most, without letting unused credits go to waste.

No more topping up one company while another has spare credits.
Per-company usage tracking remains available in your Audit Log, allowing you to see exactly where credits are being used.
No price increase — your plan price remains the same.
Your renewal date, features, company limits, and data access are unchanged.
The way credits are counted per action is the same as before.
Work without interruptions during busy seasons or client spikes.
Prioritize active clients — direct credits to where the work is happening now.
Reduce credit waste — unused credits can now be used for other companies before they expire.
Fewer last-minute top-ups — making month-end, quarter-end, and cleanup projects smoother.
Credits are consumed based on the type of action you perform in the application.

If you’ve used all your credits before the end of your billing cycle, you’ll need to upgrade to the next plan to continue using features without interruption or contact support@saasant.com

For almost all entities in QuickBooks Online, SaasAnt Transactions Online supports XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV, TXT, Google Sheets, and IIF. Additionally, PDF, PNG, and JPEG are supported only for Receipts, Invoices, Bank Statements, Checks, and Expenses.
