Suppose you’ve used up your monthly transaction credits and need more to continue your imports. In that case, you may be eligible to purchase additional credits depending on your subscription plan for SaasAnt Transactions Online. This article outlines the eligibility criteria and guides the next steps.
Only users subscribed to the following plans are eligible to purchase additional credits:
Automate Plan
All Multi-Company Plan
⚠️ Note: Customers on other plans (such as Launch, Rise or Scale) are not eligible to purchase additional credits. To increase your credit limit, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription.
If you are on an eligible plan, please contact our support team to request a credit purchase.

Include the following details in your message:
Registered email address
Company name
Reason for requesting additional credits
Once verified, our team will share a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
Only customers on the Single Company's Automate Plan or Multi-Company plans.
Check your current plan in the Billing section. If you are on an eligible plan, contact support to request credits.
You’ll need to upgrade your plan to access more monthly credits. Subscribers of Launch, Rise, and Scale plans are not eligible for additional credit purchases and have to upgrade their subscription.
Once your request is received, a payment link will be shared within one business day.
