Who Can Purchase Additional Credits?

Only users subscribed to the following plans are eligible to purchase additional credits:

• Automate Plan

• All Multi-Company Plan

⚠️ Note: Customers on other plans (such as Growth or Scale) are not eligible to purchase additional credits. To increase your credit limit, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription.

How to Request Additional Credits
