For class exports, use Created/Modified Date to control the timeframe.
Created/Modified Date refers to when the class was created in QuickBooks or last updated.
Select a range using the custom date picker, or pick from quick options like Today, From yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc.
Use the default SaasAnt template for standard class fields.
To customize, click the “+” icon, select desired fields (for example: class name, parent class, sub-class flag, full name, active status), name the template, and save it for reuse.

Filters help you precisely target specific classes, reducing the dataset for faster exports and better focus.
Active Status: Choose Active to export active classes, Inactive to export inactive classes, or All to include both.
To apply a filter:
Choose Active Status.
Select Active, Inactive, or All.
Click Add or Update Filter.
