How do you export the invoice records you want to edit?

1. Open SaasAnt Transactions Desktop.

2. Go to Export.

3. Select Invoices in the QuickBooks Type field.

4. Choose the date type and date range if required.

   

5. Use filters if needed to narrow the records.

   

6. Click Search.

7. Review the records and click Download to export them to Excel.

How do you update the exported file?

1. Open the exported Excel file.
