With SaasAnt Transactions Desktop, you can efficiently delete invoices in QuickBooks Desktop. This method allows accountants and bookkeepers to remove duplicate, incorrect, or test invoices in bulk while keeping data control intact. QuickBooks Desktop is set up, and the company file is accessible.
Admin permissions for the company file are required.
SaasAnt Transactions Desktop is installed.
The company file must be opened in QuickBooks before you can connect.
Download the latest SaasAnt Transactions Desktop version.

Launch SaasAnt Transactions Desktop
Connect to your QuickBooks company file
Go to the File menu
Click Connect to QuickBooks
Allow access permission in QuickBooks when prompted

On the left panel dashboard
Select Delete

Choose QuickBooks Search
Set QuickBooks Type → Invoice
Enter required filters (date type)
Click Search

The matching Invoice will show up in the results list
Review and select the required invoices with checkboxes
Click Download (at the bottom-left) to save a backup in Excel or CSV format.
Click Delete at the bottom right.

A confirmation pop-up appears
Click OK to proceed

Deleted Invoice appears in the SaasAnt dashboard
You can download the deleted records using the Download option in Excel or CSV format.

Open QuickBooks Desktop → Customers → Customers Center → Transactions → Invoice - confirm invoices are removed.
First, open the QuickBooks company file to enable SaasAnt's secure session authorization and access at the transaction level.
Go to the File menu, choose Connect to QuickBooks, and authorize access permissions in the QuickBooks authorization window.
Choose the QuickBooks Search option, set the transaction type to Invoice, set the date filters, and click the Search button.
Yes, click Download to export the chosen invoices into Excel or CSV for your backup.
Deleted invoices can be seen in the SaasAnt dashboard history and can still be downloaded as Excel or CSV files.
