To complete this step, manually grant access to our designated email address, migrationagent@saasant.com, within your QuickBooks admin settings. Rest assured that this process is secure, and you can revoke access once the setup is completed.
Follow these steps to grant admin access to our team within QuickBooks Online:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks) with your login credentials.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose "Manage Users" under "Your Company".
- Click the "Add User" tab.
- Enter the required information, including first and last name, and email address, and select the role as "Company Admin". Finally, send the invitation to "migrationagent@saasant.com".
Once you provide the necessary details, click "Save" and then "Next" to proceed to the "Migration Data Files" screen. Here, you can download the necessary templates to submit your financial data. Simply download the data templates and you're all set!
Click on 'Browse Files' select the corresponding file from your system, and upload it. Repeat this process for each template. After each upload, click 'Save' to ensure your progress is recorded, enabling you to resume from the same point if you need more time.
Submit and Confirmation
After completing the above steps, please remember to click "Save" after successful uploads, and complete your submission by clicking "Submit".
Following your submission, an email confirming the receipt of your records will be sent to you. A thank you screen will appear indicating "Your submission has been received. Our migration experts will connect with you shortly."
