Import transactions to QuickBooks Desktop

Learn how the SaasAnt Transactions (Desktop) lets you Import your transactions from Excel, Spreadsheet, CSV, or IIF files into your QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Steps for Importing Transactions into QuickBooks Desktop:

Kindly follow the steps below to upload:

Step 1: Download and install SaasAnt Transactions from here.

Step 2: Launch "SaasAnt Transactions" & click the Import Button on the Home Screen of SaasAnt Transactions.

Step 3: Once Import is selected; you are required to provide the QuickBooks Transaction type and the respective file. 

Step 4: Selecting the QuickBooks transaction type as Bill, Invoice, Expense, Journal Entry, or respective transaction type.

Step 5: After browsing the file, select Next to Mapping screen

Step 6: You should map the QuickBooks fields of a selected transaction to the respective file headers that are uploaded.

Step 7: The file should be as below, where every column has a header merely for mapping purposes.

Step 8: Once the mapping is done, you can select Next as below for the final checkpoint

Step 9: In this review screen, where each and every grid can be edited, you can finalize the data by verifying with the file if need be.

Step 10: After checking painstakingly, you can select Send to QuickBooks, and the import will be successful as below. The QB symbol can be used to open the transaction directly in your QB, and you are just one click away.
