In order to import the transactions properly into QuickBooks Online using Excel Transaction, please follow below guidelines in your Excel File.

  • First Row should always be a header row.
  • From second row onwards, all the rows will be considered as Transaction Data.


In some scenario's, it is difficult to meet this guidelines, if your file is generated by 3rd party Software and it does not adhere to the expected format. It may need lots of customisation to fit into proper format.

This is a paid service for developing a custom file formatter for your needs and would attract a fee of $75.00 per each formatter developed. It is a ONE TIME FEE and will NOT be added to your monthly billingWe will do the file customisation in order to follow the proper formatting guidelines to import your transactions seamlessly into QuickBooks Online.
