As a QuickBooks user, you might have multiple companies to manage or As an Accountant, you need to handle multiple clients. This page explains about the process to be followed to add multiple companies with Excel Transactions.

  

When you signup with Excel Transactions, the corresponding QuickBooks company will be connected to our application. If you are an accountant, your own company might be added automatically.


Basic Steps




Please follow the below steps to add your client companies.


1. Click on "Add Company" Button available at the top of the page.



2. Click on "Connect To Intuit" Button and follow the instructions.

  

3. Then click on "Switch Company". It will list the companies associated with your account. Choose the one which you want to import.




If your browser screen is not enough to hold Add More company or Switch Company Buttons, it will be hidden. Hence, if you can click on the "Gear" icon at the top, it will provide an option to add or switch Company.
