importing estimate into Quickbooks but instead of one estimate, it imports each item into different estimates...

Can someone help me fix my problem?

So every time I import a CSV file (one order with different items) onto an estimate in QBO, it uploads it into separate estimates when it should be just one...can't figure out what changed in my setting, I never had that pb before.

Is there a way to add a new paragraph in an invoice message to the customer. I want to add a new line to seperate the "Thanks" from the "terms" : "Thanks for your business!" followed by two spaces and then on a seperate line "Payments can be made.....

You can enter the same details in Excel File. In Excel file, You can use CTRL+ENTER to create new lines.
